These Terms and Conditions regulate the rights and obligations of users when renting and using bicycles.
The user agrees to use the bicycle exclusively for its intended purpose and in accordance with the rental provider’s instructions.
The user is responsible for the proper use of the bicycle and for any damage occurring during the rental period, including damage resulting from accidents, improper use, theft, or other circumstances for which the user is responsible.
In the event of damage to the bicycle or any of its components, the user agrees to reimburse the cost of repair. If the bicycle cannot be repaired, the user is responsible for reimbursing its full value.
If the bicycle is stolen, the user must immediately report the theft to both the police and the rental provider. In such a case, the user is responsible for the full value of the bicycle.
The user agrees to operate the bicycle in accordance with all applicable laws and traffic regulations and to use any required protective equipment, including a helmet where required by law.
The rental provider shall ensure that the bicycle is in proper technical and working condition at the time it is rented.
The user must immediately inform the rental provider of any damage, malfunction, or defect that occurs during the rental period.
In the event of a serious malfunction or defect, the user must immediately stop using the bicycle and return it to the rental provider.
The rental provider collects the user’s personal data for the purpose of providing the rental service and fulfilling the contractual relationship.
Such data may include the user’s full name, identification document number, contact information, and information relating to the rented bicycle.
The user’s personal data shall be processed and stored in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The user has the right to access their personal data and to request its correction or deletion in accordance with applicable regulations.
The user has the right to terminate the rental and return the bicycle before the agreed rental period has expired.
If the bicycle is returned before the end of the agreed rental period, the rental provider is not required to refund all or any part of the amount already paid, unless otherwise agreed.
These rental terms apply from the moment the user takes possession of the bicycle and accepts the rental terms and conditions.
Any amendments to specific rental conditions must be agreed upon between the user and the rental provider.
In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the bicycle or the interpretation of these rental terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court in Sarajevo shall have jurisdiction.
